Associate Membership Agreement

Dues paid to ACB are not charitable contributions for federal tax purposes.  However, dues payments may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. 

Associate Members in good standing may advertise or publicize their membership with prior written consent and approval of ACB.  However, Associate Members may not use the ACB name or logo to represent or imply in any way that ACB endorses, recommends or prefers the Associate Member product(s) and/or service(s).

By submitting the application for Associate Membership in the Arkansas Community Bankers Association (ACB) I acknowledge that I agree to abide by the above Agreement.
